
Blair Moran is a lifelong resident of southeast Missouri residing in Sikeston. After graduating from Southeast Missouri State University he served as a combat infantryman in both Vietnam and Cambodia with the 25th Infantry Division and is a decorated combat veteran of that conflict. For the past thirty years he has been active in veterans affairs and is President of the Bloomfield Assistance League, a not for profit which raises funds for the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery. Blair is a Board Member of the Stars & Stripes Museum, Treasurer of the Sikeston Veterans Park Committee and a life member of American Legion Post of Sikeston. He received the Distinguished Legionnaire Award in 2011 and the Veterans Service Award from then Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder in 2012. Moran is married to the former Sharon Harber who is a retired elementary school teacher and they have one daughter, Bethany Moran.
